Tianqin Yang is a Ph.D. student supervised by Dr. Edith Ngai. He received his M.Sc. degree with distinction in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 2023. Prior to that, he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from KU Leuven and Southwest Jiaotong University. His research interests include multimedia networking and volumetric video streaming optimization.
